Tracking numbers are emailed once your item has been dispatched, to track your order visit Royal Mail Tracking, and enter your tracking number.
Packaging
To ensure your order arrives as quickly and as safely as possible, we ship all small orders (under 3 items) in recycled padded envelope mailers. Made from at least 60% recycled material and can be also recycled further.
Shipping Restrictions
Unfortunately we do not delivery outside of Europe, North America or Australia.
Delayed or Damaged Orders
- Delayed Orders: If your order is delayed, please contact us by visiting our Contact Page.
- Damaged Items: If your item is damaged on delivery, we offer replacements or refunds. You will need to provide up with a photo of the damaged item after contacting us.
